Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unburned, and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with all components and packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Products that show signs of use, damage or modification are not eligible for return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

• Please allow 3–8 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide the following information:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• Description of the problem

Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

Due to the nature of handmade products, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Used or partially burned candles

• Products damaged due to customer handling

• Items returned without approval

Exchanges may be offered for unused items within 14 days, subject to availability.
